Please note there is no free visitor parking on site. However, convenient paid parking is available nearby. Guests often book in advance through:
Most nearby carparks have a clearance height of 2.3m. Booking ahead is recommended for best availability and pricing.
To complete your reservation, all guests are required to:
• Submit a short online check-in form
• Upload a copy of valid photo ID (passport or Australian driver licence)
This must be completed prior to arrival for your booking to be confirmed.
Check-in is available from 3:00pm.
Once your reservation and ID are confirmed, we will send you full check-in instructions.
You’ll pick up your key at our private collection point just a 3‑minute walk from the building. After that, you can head straight to your apartment—no front desk required.
If you’d like to request an early check-in, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
Additional charges may apply, and requests made on the same day may not be accommodated or refunded.
Check-out time is by 10:00am sharp.
Return your keys to the designated mailbox inside the building.
We’ll send full check-out instructions by 5:00pm the day before departure.
Late check-out is only available if pre-arranged prior to check-in.
If you check out 15 minutes past 10:00am without prior approval, a late fee of $50 per 15 minutes will apply.
• Lost keys: $240 fee
• Lockout assistance (outside 9:00am–8:00pm): $100 service charge
If we are unable to assist you during off-hours, you will need to arrange a locksmith at your own expense.
Always take your keys with you when leaving the apartment.
• No baggage storage before check-in or after check-out
• No smoking – Fine: $200
• No pets – Fine: $200
• No parties or events – Fine: $500
• Exit cleaning only – Please wash dishes, clean cookware, and remove all rubbish.
Excess mess will incur a $120 cleaning fee
